Annotate pictures in OneNote

I paste an image from a website into OneNote. All I want to do is now annotate it with TEXT (typed, not drawn). I thought it would be as easy as inserting a text box or using a "type" tool but neither of those seem to exist. How can I accomplish this?

    You can double click the Picture and then enter the text directly:
