Microsoft Clipchamp is not available for me!

When I log in to Microsoft Clipchamp with my Microsoft account, I get an error message that says: "Microsoft is not available for you. Please contact a Microsoft employee!Screenshot 2024-04-12 211202

    Microsoft please answer for people to know.
    I am creating separate Microsoft Case for this, but you will prevent more cases open once public statements given, etc.
    We did have the clipchamp in our Organization working until recently and we do have E5 License (Microsoft 365 E5 and also 365 E5 Extra Features) and Microsoft Clipchamp is ticked as On in all cases under the license.
    The Clipchamp now however does not work for anyone in Organization.
    The Online version from All Apps is causing this. (When using for example the App Clipchamp, that does not work either, but works ok for Private Microsoft Account)
    We do not restrict Clipchamp from Admin side.
