Unable to add new account previously deleted

Question

Hi there,

When scanning the QR code, nothing happens. The first time I scanned it, the account was added to the app on my phone. I accidentally deleted it. Now when I generate a new QR code on the system I already have access to but by text message confirmation as opposed to MFA, and scan the code, I get the notification:

"This action will overwrite existing security information for your account. To prevent being locked out of your account, continue only if you initiated this action". I click to continue, go back to the mainscreen of the MFA app and no new account is added.

Any tips?

It means I am stuck with accessing the account via text message confirmation for now.
