Teams Bot App fails to be added to a Chat Group or a Meeting Chat, but works on Teams or Private Chat, manifest below.
I do have the Teams Channel enabled on the Azure side of things, as proven by the functionality that works already.
Where should I start debugging? Are there any logs that'd indicate why the adding of the Bot fails?

We tested with the manifest you shared and it is working fine from our end. We are able to add the bot to group, meeting and personal chat.
And for checking why the manifest is failing you can try uploading your app to Teams Web client and dev tools to get any errors.
The manifest doesn't seem to be failing. Are there some extra permissions in some Teams Admin portal that I should check?
And are the errors logged anywhere so I could take a look WHY it doesn't work?
No as such permissions required. Can you check if your bot has all necessary permissions granted and also are you gettting any errors in console log?
I'm not even getting a Request towards the Bot when I try to add it to a Group Chat. (I run ngrok while developing and can see all requests)
Can you share video of what exactly error are you facing?
Unsure how a video would be of use, and would rather not make one as I'd have to edit it to not show potentially sensitive information.
The way this error happens:
Find published app from Teams Apps, Click Add to Chat, find group chat, Click on Set up a bot, get the error as attached via image.

You can check more detailed errors from console log section using dev tools. As you also mentioned that you are not getting any requests towards the bot can you reverify all the parameters from azure bot, application and permission.
Allow me to rephrase, I don't get any request towards the running bot when trying to add it to a groupchat or a meetingchat. It works normally on a Team, and requests do come through.

Have you tried this in any other tenants? Since this error can also be caused by following.
Will test on a test tenant to see if the same issue occurs.

Sorry for the delay in response we tested this again from our end but no error was encountered from our end.
Ensure that your application has the necessary permissions to access the requested resources. Since you are making a request to "entitlements", make sure that your application has the appropriate permissions to access entitlements-related resources.

I got the same error when I clicked "Set up a bot" in the Teams. Is there any solution for this? Or where can I find the more detail log?
What exact the "Set up a bot" button do? I have registered the bot in https://dev.botframework.com/ already .
