Can I have a free account for training/certification purpose

I am learning Azure and I just need a Azure environment to click around to get familiar with Azure functions/services

I don't want to get billed on me or my company. How to get a free Azure account for learning purpose?

    you can start with an Azure free account: Azure free account

    The offer contains a $200 credit for 30 days and 12 month of free Azure services (not all Azure services in the list!)

    Thank you for answering my question, but I think Ican use Sandbox for training, which is free, and no subscription is required.
