Hi Community Members hope you can assist, when i first setup Intune to manage my devices i was able to import our corporate devices into Intune, when delivered to end user they would sign into Corporate Intune app, and then i would be able to see the device enrolled under Corporate Identifiers. I now am unable to get this feature working again no matter what i try. If possible, where should i start to troubleshoot this issue.

@Ricardo Goncalves Based on my understanding, some enrollment methods will automatically assign corporate-owned status to devices. Besides, we can add corporate identifiers by using a .csv file, or manually enter corporate identifiers.

How did you make the devices to be corporate Identifiers?

@Ricardo Goncalves, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

To solve this issue, you can try to unenroll this device then re-imports the device Corporate Identifiers and enroll device into Intune again, after that, you can go to Intune portal to check whether you can see the device enrolled under Corporate Identifiers.

Also, you can go to Intune > Devices > All devices to check the enrolled devices. This location shows all the enrolled devices and now also shows Corporate as OWNERSHIP of the device.

Or you can manually add the corporate device Identifiers to specify the device ownership.

Please try above information, if there is any update, feel free to let me know.
