Hi,

after I search on the my ISS , I see on the Default Web Site--->Selfservice and Default Web Site--->Helpdesk

Then ---> SSL Settings

I can access the portal. It means it is a certificate issue or not?

I just upgrade my SCCM to 2403 today, and I test the URL of Helpdesk and SelfService for Bitlocker, it works like before.

Then I checked your reply, I found you updated your reply, I'm glad that you found the root cause of the issue, so when you configured the SSL?

If you use HTTPS, you may configure the SSL and require client certificates, but you use the enhanced http instead of https, your clients do not have any certificate, so you don't need to configure the SSL or don't need to require client certificates.

Yes, the SCCM 2403 use the enhanced http instead of https, I will let it without SSL,

Does that settings any reflect or affect on my SCCM 2403 as whole??

Yes, the SCCM use the but you use the enhanced http instead of https, therefore I don't need to use SSL.

Does that settings I used on the IIS Server any effect or reflect on my SCCM 2403 as whole?
