Every time I search I'm redirected to the url: https://klinlin.fastsearch.me

I have already formatted the PC and the error persists. uninstalled extensions and checked with various antivirus.

Does it mean that you have found the root cause and the issue can be fixed by removing the extension Urban Anti-Malware - Safe Browsing?
