"Insufficient quota. Cannot create/update/move resource 'azureragdemowithopenai'

While creating Azure OpenAI Resource, I get the following validation error.

    If this is your first time setting up and accessing Azure OpenAI, you will need to complete an application form. Please also refer to the Microsoft Learn documentation to understand how to access Azure OpenAI.
