Azure service health alerts - PIR

We have some alerts configured at subscription level for Azure service health alerts. Once a alerts is triggered we would also get notified in our own monitoring tool. Is there a way to configure the rules such that we don't receive service alerts for PIR(Post Incident Review) alerts? This come after the issue is resolved.

Looking at my environment to see what I can find, I dont have an answer, but I want to make sure you meant Service and not Resource Health (different):

Service Health is limited to these:

Resource Health on the other hand has some hope....where I can be more granular....

Uncheck these two:

And remove the check next to "available"

and perhaps remove these last 2:

Hi Steve, Thanks for your suggestions! Unfortunately, the alerts I'm seeing are related to service health, and it seems like there's not much I can do on my end to tweak them. Still, I really appreciate you sharing those resource health details – they're definitely helpful to know.

We have configured Service Health Alerts (not Resource Health). However, as questioned earlier, the relevant Service Health alerts are triggered for PIRs as well. We want to ignore such alerts and only get notified if an incident is active and mitigated.
