Custom category in Azure Search PII Detection skillset

Question

I have created an index in Azure Search service with PII detection and has additional fields for masked text and pii entities. I was not satisfied with the pii detection in some scenarios. For example: we have datetime category which redacts all dates from the record but what if I want to redact only date of birth or date of joining etc. So it has a limitation. Is there anyway to create a custom category in this skillset or any other way to do that.

One more issue that I observed was it is not masking properly, for example:- If I want to mask all dates present in the record, it fails to redact all of them. Another example:-

Here SSN is not redacted. So let me know can we overcome these limitations
