Trying to create SendGrid account in my Azure portal and encountering the following error. I have the extension register too but still facing this issue.

Experiencing authentication issuesThe portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded. Additional information from the call to get a token: Extension: SendGrid_EmailService Details: code: 500, statusText: error, message: There was an error processing your request. Please try again in a few moments., stack:a few seconds ago

Have you retried this operation after receiving the 500 error? If so, did you do this on a new browser?

I am having the same issue, but the difference is that is in an existing instance of SendGrid.
When I hit F12 there are many errors in the console.

Those are some of the error that I have:

this is the response to the previous request

{"message":"There was an error processing your request. Please try again in a few moments.","httpStatusCode":"InternalServerError","xMsServerRequestId":null,"stackTrace":null}

there is any workaround because I can't access the instance of SendGrid

Thank you both for your time and patience throughout this issue. Are you able to provide me some documentation on how you're setting up your SendGrid accounts, this way I can route this issue to the correct forum/team since this doesn't look to be related to Azure RBAC.

Thank you both for your time and patience throughout this issue. Looking at the documentation, this issue doesn't look to be related to Azure RBAC, and SendGrid currently isn't supported on MS Q&A.

I'd recommend retrying the deployment after a few moments as stated in the error message or posting on our SendGrid SO forum since our experts on SendGrid can be found there. If you're still running into issues, please reach out to the SendGrid Developer Community.
