You would need to have proof of purchase paper for that device that you own it. If you have such a paper, you could ask Intune Microsoft support to remove it by providing the paper and device hash together. Try to open a ticket via Intune console support. Microsoft is able to do this for you, if you have a paper / receipt which goes as proof or purchase.

Hi I've enrolled a device in a trial tenant to explore and learn. I've to give my laptop back to company however I can't delete the hardware hash anymore as I don't have access anymore in the Intune due to license and authorization issue.
