How to reschedule exam if only MS ID is known from Pearson VUE email

Need to reschedule the MS exam - cannot find under current profile - only info available is MS ID from Pearson VUE email received, cannot find the right user profile under which exam was scheduled.

    1. Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard (https://certifications.microsoft.com).
    2. Click on the "Transcript" tab.
    3. Look for your scheduled exam using the MS ID provided in the Pearson VUE email.

    If you are still unable to find your exam registration, you can contact Pearson VUE support directly.
