If overseas users use Microsoft Teams phone numbers to call US numbers, it is usually considered an international call, so users who subscribe to the "Teams Essentials and Teams Phone with domestic calling" plan will be charged when calling US numbers. If you need to make international calls, please purchase Teams Essentials and Teams Phone with international calling.
