Cannot delete Azure AI Deployment or update endpoint traffic

Question

I am using the Azure AI Studio and I cannot delete a deployment(for a prompt flow), it says this when trying:

If instead of deleting the deployment I try updating the traffic to change it from 100 to 0 so another deployment has the traffic it gives the same exact error. I literally cannot delete the deployment at all since it has the traffic and its costing money each hour. Not sure what to do.
