Hello EDIGA Anilkumar, In the event that you aren't able to find your exam confirmation email in your Inbox, Spam or Junk folders, kindly contact your exam delivery provider to confirm the details of your exam and its status since they are the ones who can access your appointment and help you reschedule your exam at your preferred time and date.

Additionally, for you to be able take a Microsoft Certifications exam, you should have a Certification Profile. Also, this should be connected to Learn. Kindly visit this Connect a certification profile to Learn | Microsoft Learn page for more information.

Moreover, to check your appointment through your dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

Log in to your Learn profile and choose Profile from the dropdown menu in the photo avatar. Note: Please make sure that when accessing your certification profile, you’re using the email address associated with your MCID or the email you used to register for the exam. Image

Select Certifications in the profile menu for the list of your exam appointments.

Thank you for your email. I have checked my Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders, but I am unable to find the exam confirmation email. Could you please assist me in confirming the details and status of my exam? Additionally, I would appreciate your help in rescheduling the exam to my preferred time and date. Thank you for your assistance.

I am writing to request assistance with merging multiple Microsoft accounts that I currently have. I believe having a single account will help streamline my access and improve my overall user experience. Could you please guide me through the process of merging these accounts, or assist me directly in merging them into one primary account? I appreciate your support in this matter.

    Best regards,

    EDIGA Anilkumar
