Link me org email to my Microsoft account

Hi Team,

I am trying to link my organisation email account to my Microsoft Outlook account(rohitagrawl025) while scheduling a Microsoft Exam (AZ-700). When I provide my org email address in Step 2 to check for any Discount voucher, it fails to add my account.

kindly help to fix the issue and to link my org email to my Microsoft account asap so that I could schedule my exam at earliest.Thanks
