Cannot open any Office app. Reinstalled Win11 and Office 2021. Problem persists

Cannot open any Office app, but can open all other apps. Have Office Professional Plus 2021 installed. Problem also exists on wife's computer with Office Home and Student 2019 installed. Have done online repair of Office. No success. Have reinstalled Win11 and reinstalled Office 2021. Still cannot open any documents locally. Have even tried to open WINWORD - fail. Have opened Run command and tried winword /safe. Still no result. Can access docs in OneDrive using web-based Office. Completely flummoxed.

2024-06-24T04:57:45.9366667+00:00 Finally got to online chat to Mohammad Rashid from Microsoft. He was able to download the relevant .iso file to each computer and fix the problem x 2
