Urgently need assistance to link my learner work account with personal account to cancel or reschedule my upcoming Microsoft Certification.
Also, I have received mail from "MSFT Exam Access Code Support Team" mentioning assigned code for exam but not received any exam link or registration ID in the mail to appear for exam.
I have connected with Pearson Vue Team and they do not find my account on Microsoft Portal to cancel or reschedule my exam. I need to reschedule or cancel my exam, Kindly help as it is very urgent.

Currently the certifications team does not monitor Q&A for support however, you can head over to either https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/ or https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/support/help to get assistance.
