Can't sign in to Microsoft Trust Portal

It will not let me sign into the Microsoft Trust portal at https://servicetrust.microsoft.com/ with any of my accounts, whether 365 or Azure. I've tried multiple devices, internet connections, and browsers. They all have the same problem. When I try to sign in it immediately signs me back out. The 'free trial' link is also broken. I really need to get access to the audit and security certificate files from Microsoft to conduct business with my clients. Does anyone know of an alternate way to get ahold of these files? Or how to successfully sign into this trust portal? Thanks.trust_portal_login

    Hi @Collin ,

If the issue occurs when signing into the trial account, I would recommend confirming that this information is accurate:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

To further troubleshoot issues when you sign up for a new account in the Azure portal, you can refer to the troubleshooting guide.

I have added the Office tag to this team since this is technically an Office product, but if you are still having any trouble, I would recommend contacting Azure the subscription support team by creating a support ticket with the Billing team (which is free).
