Unfortunately, RSAT itself, as a remote management toolset, does not directly provide the ability to set idle timeouts. This means that you cannot directly set an idle timeout in RSAT tool applications (such as Active Directory Users and Computers, DNS Manager, etc.) to automatically disconnect or log out after a period of inactivity.
Perhaps there are some third-party tools or scripts that monitor the activity of specific applications and perform specific actions (such as closing the application or logging out the user) after a period of inactivity. You can try writing script files as needed, or search the Internet for similar scripts.
