Acess Not Granted: Partner Center

I am currently logged into the partners portal with global admin access, but I do not see the customers and security workspace available under my access. It appears that permissions for these workspaces have not been granted to me.

As I am the global admin, could you please guide me on how to assign the necessary permissions to myself to access the customers and security workspace?

    Same here.

    Last week I had access to the security tab - this week it has mysteriously vanished and says "access not granted".

    Did you figure this out? This is the only page I can find online about this issue. I too have this issue and don't know how to resolve it. It says

    Access not granted

    You do not have access to this workspace. To request access, contact:

    • [my email]

    So its basically telling me to contact myself to get access!

    I only want to be able to provide and manage email accounts to my customers.
