How to obtain the latest installer for vstf_test_agent.exe?

Question

I received a download link for vstf_testagent.exe from a Microsoft Learn page. https://download.microsoft.com/download/8/7/a/87a28af1-1623-4e08-b62d-0429f05382b7/vstf_testagent.exe

This is the offline-installer I need to set up the relevant test environment for vstest.console.exe on my test-agent without installing Visual Studio. Is there a way to confirm if the above download link is the latest version of vstf_testagent.exe? Is there a webpage that will always redirect me to the latest installer, so I can find the latest version in the future? Also, I am looking for a download page for the version of vstf_test_agent.exe that was distributed with Visual Studio 2015 Update 3.

Install the Test Agent 2015 Update 3

Install Test Agent 2017 

It is noted that the “Visual Studio test agent deployment” task is deprecated. These versions are available currently. Use the Visual Studio Test task to run unit and functional tests is recommended.
