Some users can't make outbound calls to cell phones or landlines.

I deployed around 70 Yeahlinks MP54 phones two days ago.

I've Cox as operator connect and my phone numbers are provided by Cox.

All users have Micorsoft business premium and Microsoft Teams Phone Standard licenses.

I added all devices SN to Intune to mark as corporate.

From all my users, 2 so far have reported not being able to make outbound calls, they can receive inbound from cell phones or landlines but not make outbound, I tested with my Teams Phone and I can make inbound and outbound calls, we have the same configuration profile, which really only configures Screen saver and backlight.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

    Based on your case description, please follow our documentation to set up Teams calls for your organization. It is recommended that you use an administrator account to log in to the Teams admin center, check the Calling policies, and reassign it to the account with the problem.
