How to fix repetitive freezing on PC?

For the last couple of months I've experienced extreme, annoying freezing on my PC. Basically what happens is at random times my PC will completely freeze, no keyboard or mouse output, no sound at all. The only thing i can do when it happens is holding down the power button on my PC until it completely shuts down and then powering it on again, after that i will enter my pin code, sometimes it will enter the PC and sometimes it will freeze at the loading thingy spinning forcing me to do the same thing again where it could just freeze again and again. Sometimes after it has frozen it will boot up into a blue screen telling me that windows didn't load properly and that i can either restart my PC or try advanced repair options, if i troubleshoot it it will just tell me that startup repair couldn't repair my PC which is extremely annoying.

Situations which my PC has been freezing repetitively:

Loading up GTA5

Just after entering pin code

Just after loading up (when my startup apps have started appearing)

Entering a Valorant game

Downloading games

RDR2 loading screen

Every once in a while, if I'm lucky my PC wont freeze in an entire day, other days my PC is unusable because of the crashes. Another thing that isn't exactly helping me is that event viewer isn't showing any errors at the time of the freezing, the only error is "unexpected shutdown" if i have task manager open while the freezings are happening i can see that sometimes my CPU is running at 100% and sometimes it's not and the heat isn't too bad, maybe around 70°C which isn't too much to cause my pc to freeze.

CMD commands i have tried is:

sfc /scannow

mdsched

Non of these have showed me any errors.

I have also tried to completely reset my PC which hasn't stopped it.

Things i think could be causing this problem is that something is wrong with me system files or that my CPU is too bad.

My specs are:

CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 3400G with Readeon Vega Graphics, 3700 Mhz

Motherboard: Medion B550A4-EM

16GB RAM (13,9 usable)

GPU: RX 6800 (one thing which may be irrelevant is that the drivers have been so incredibly difficult to get them to work that i have given up on even trying to fix it, windows seems to constantly just overwrite them with their own crappy drivers which has caused me to not be able to launch some games like Battlefield V because my "drivers are out of date")

Windows version: 23H2

PSU: Corsair 850W

    Hello,

    Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth”. This command will repair any potential corruption in your system files.
