Please i need your help on this issue.
One of our customer is having an issue where "Teams Phone is not working, Microsoft has changed naming convention again." They mention that the phone was previously working.
Since the naming convention was changed you are not able to sign into the organization, the Teams Phone asks to select but never does select organization to log in to.
They have Teams phone with calling plan but whenever they try to select the organization to login on the Teams phone. It does not allow you.
