    Hello,

If you have problems signing into Google Play on Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) on Windows 11, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Update WSA and Windows: Make sure your Windows 11 and Windows Subsystem for Android are up to date. Check for updates via Windows Settings app > Update & Security > Windows Update.
    2. Use a different network: Temporarily switch to a different network (e.g. if you are on Wi-Fi, try using mobile data or vice versa) to see if the issue is with the network.
    3. Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software: Some security software can interfere with Google Play communications. Temporarily disabling antivirus or firewall software can help diagnose if this is the issue. Remember to re-enable them after testing.
    4. Clear cache and data: If you have Google Play Services installed on your WSA, try clearing the cache and data for Google Play Services and Google Play Store.
    5. Check date and time: Make sure your system's date and time settings are correct. Incorrect date/time can cause issues with SSL certificates and server communications.
    6. Reinstall WSA: As a last resort, if none of the above work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the Windows Subsystem for Android.

    Best Regards,
