How to logout from a microsoft authenticator account from a lost device and login to a new device with same email. Please help me reset my email account for this.

It is recommended that you follow this link to open the Security info page.

Or you can get to the Additional security verification page by following these steps:

1. Sign into the Microsoft 365 portal (office.com).
2. Select your avatar in the top right, then select View account.
3. Under Security info select Update info.

After logging in to the Security Information page, select Sign out from anywhere. Or delete the lost device on the Manage Devices page.

Hi,

The solution doesn't work for me too since to log in and fix things I need to get the Authenticator on the mobile I lost putting me in a loop - to fix the issue I need to login (using Authenticator on a mobile I no longer have).

Is there any other way that you can help me by resetting my account and provide me a temporary password to login and can set a new password so that I can access my account?

I have logged in to my Microsoft account and checked the devices which I have logged in. But it's not showing my old account in my lost phone to terminate that session. So, what should I do to get access to my old account? Please help me out of this, because it's very urgent for me to login to my account as it affects my work.
