deployed Start/Stop VM2 ststv2_vms_Scheduled_start logic app runs but the VM doesn't start

Hi,

I have deployed the Start/Stop VM2 and the trigger runs but the VM doesn't start.

I have checked the run history and everything returns status 200,

I have triple checked the vmlist value in the Json and it appears to be correct.

Could you provide some of the details that I maybe able to check?
