I am trying to export my office365 outlook to a pst file

Hello everyone,

I am trying to export my office365 outlook to a pst file yet it exports only 3.4 GBs out of 20GBs.

Any idea how can I fix this?

Please note:

And then when you start exporting, please *Make sure that the Include subfolders check box is selected. This ensures that everything in the account will be exported: Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. Choose Next.
