Hi,
This is for a user I have in a company who is experiencing a problem with SMS and Call option for Authenticator. Both the randomized six-digit pin and the two-digit prompt works, but when the user tries the SMS option no message arrives. As for the call option, the user receives a call, but after pressing the pound key "#" it gives an error.
We've already reset the MFA profile of the user, reinstalled Authenticator, and manually removed and re-added the mobile number with an alternate one but the issue remains the same.
