You can use "hidden shares" by adding a dollar $ sign to the share, but then no one can list the share name(s), they have to know them to access them, see

We have Windows Server 2022 Domain and folder shared with users with NTFS permission but user's can see all shared folders (but access only which have right)
\SERVER-IP , they can see all shared folder,
is any way that we can hide shared folder to users and visible only which have user right?

You can achieve this by enabling Access-Based Enumeration (ABE) on your shared folders. Access-Based Enumeration hides files and folders from users who do not have the appropriate permissions, so they will only see the resources they have access to.
