I attempted to reproduce your issue and was able to hear the voice when I clicked the "play" button. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that your browser has permission to use your system's audio and that it is up-to-date.
- Try Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.
- Verify that your system audio settings are correctly configured and updating your audio drivers may also resolve the issue.
- Might this issue would be intermittent, it could be due to a temporary network or server issue. In this case, you can try again later to see if the issue has been resolved.
