Hi Anh Le,
Thank you for posting in the Q&A Forums.
Make sure that the command you use to shut down Hyper-V is correct. Typically, the command to shut down Hyper-V is: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
This command should be executed from a command prompt with administrator privileges. Please try this command again and make sure you run the command prompt as an administrator.
If you prefer to use the graphical interface, you can try turning off Hyper-V through Settings or Control Panel. Here are the steps to turn off Hyper-V through Settings:
Right-click on the Windows button and select "Applications and Features".
Under Related Settings, select "Programs and Features" on the right side.
Click "Turn Windows features on or off".
In the pop-up window, find and uncheck the "Hyper-V" option.
Click "OK" and wait for the system to remove the Hyper-V components.
If you are using an older version of Windows 10, you may need to access "Turn Windows features on or off" via "Programs and Features" in the "Control Panel". Programs and Features" in Control Panel.
Best regards
NeuviJ
