Is it possible to access playground chat thumbs-up and thumbs-down feedback history in Azure AI Studio/OpenAI Studio?

I'm looking for ways to improve my assistant's responses, and I noticed the existence of a kind of like and dislike feedback in the Open AI Studio and Azure AI Studio playgrouns chat. However, I didn't find any way to access this feedback. Would it be possible to access them?

And another, does this feedback improve the model's responses or does it just help Microsoft improve its services?

Solution

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct way to access specific like and dislike feedback within the chat playground interface. Azure AI Studio offers a chat playground where you can experiment with chat models, including Azure OpenAI models using Chat in the playground without using your own data.

About the feedback:

• While interacting with chat models, you can provide feedback on their responses.
• As of now, the chat playground doesn't expose a direct feedback mechanism for individual responses.
• The feedback you provide helps improve the model's performance over time, contributing to refining its responses and enhancing its capabilities.
