Error when creating an index in Azure AI Studio

Question

When trying to create an index in Azure AI studio to use data in against my Assistant it keep stating the following error.

No matter what I try and if I try from multiple machines and networks, it says the same thing. Any ideas what this error means or how to get past it?

• Azure Service Health provides you with a customizable dashboard which tracks the health of your Azure services in the regions where you use them.
• Azure Resource Health helps you diagnose and get support for service problems that affect your Azure resources. It reports on the current and past health of your resources.
