EntraID as user and permission provider.

I would like to ask about the possibility of using EntraID as a permissions management system for applications.

Application will based on SAML.

The idea is not to implement permissions management by EntraID not in application.

The process of managing permissions by EntraID should support the ability to define granular permissions that can be assigned to users and the ability to define roles.

Please let me know if it is possible to meet these requirements?
