Detailed report for all outgoing and incoming messages in Mailbox

One our customer has got M365 Business Basic License for all employees.

He has got a specific requirement.

He wants to view all attachments ,recipient address , the recipient domain of all the outlook messages sent from the org mail id.

Is there any mail flow rule to achieve the above requirement.

Which add on or license should he upgrade to achieve the above requirement.

Customer would like to have a report in exchange online based on ,recipient address , the recipient domain or a particular attachment.

    According to your description, do you want to view the details of all emails with attachments?

    Currently the mail flow cannot meet your requirements, but you can view all mails with attachments through content search.

    Create a content search in Microsoft Purview.

    If you want to achieve the functions you expect, it is recommended that you use the Graph API.

    There's nothing built-in for such requirements. You will have to craft your own solution based on the data exposed in the message trace logs, the Graph API or EWS.
