Removing Exchange Servers after Migration

Looking for some guidance. We have 4 Exchange Servers on prem, 2 servers in 2 dags. We have migrated all our users mailboxes to E365, and now want to remove 3 of the 4 Exchange Servers (we are still in Hybrid). All databases have been removed and now I want to uninstall Exchange from the servers. Do I just delete the servers from the DAG's and then just uninstall Exchange, just leaving the last server. I want to make sure that these are the only steps needed to remove Exchange from the Servers.

Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, all mailboxes have already been migrated to Exchange Online, if you don’t need to manage your users from on-premises and no longer have a need for directory synchronization or password synchronization, you can disable directory synchronization and uninstall Exchange hybrid.

If you plan to keep Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for user authentication of my Exchange Online mailboxes, you can decommission most of the Exchange servers, but leave a couple of servers behind for user management.

About details please follow the steps in this link: How and when to decommission your on-premises Exchange servers in a hybrid deployment | Microsoft Learn

Please feel free to contact me for any updates. If this helps, please don't forget to mark it as an answer.
