Can't create a notebook or a folder in Azure Machine Learning

I am getting this error while trying to create a folder: User's image

When I try to create a notebook, I'm getting this error:

I have configured the workspace and compute resources.

I am getting the following error:

"You do not have access to the workspace storage account. The storage account may be behind a VNET. Contact your administrator if this error persists."

Both of the storage account for the workspace and AML workspace has Public Network Access enabled to for all networks. Workspace also has contributor role access in the storage through managed identity.

I see the same error after creating a workspace from scratch but using system managed identity configuration for access to the associated storage account.

S I understand that you have added required roles.

"You do not have access to the workspace storage account. The storage account may be behind a VNET. Contact your administrator if this error persists."

Usually this error occurs when the storage account is behind a VNet. I would suggest you, check Secure an Azure Machine Learning training environment with virtual networks for more detailed steps on configuration. Also, check the limitations mentioned in the same doc.
