I building a Rmote Desktop Service, the infra is

internet <- fortinet GW (DHCP) <- (1 Lv)Server 2022 hyperV [ (2 Lv)Server 2022 hyperV (RDS) { Win11 instance VM } ]

simply saying it is a nested hyper-v, 1Lv can get DHCP IP and can access internet,

2Lv also can get DHCP IP and can access internet

the last instance VM can get the DHCP IP, can ping the (1 Lv)IP, but can not ping the GW, also can not go internet.

they are all using external VSwitch with MAC sproofing.
