While attempting the "Migrate SQL Server Workloads to Azure SQL Database" it failed to create Databases: DB1, DB2, DB3, and DB4. While DB5 was a partial. Has anyone else had this happen to them? What steps have you taken to resolve this issue?
I was looking for the creation scripts for the Databases, but had no luck locating them. Also, a review of the SQL Server Logs wasn't much help either as it only showed DB5 had restarted/restored from an earlier timestamp.

Since not everyone here might have done that module, maybe you can add some more information. These databases you talk about, are they created in on-prem SQL Server or are they Azure SQL Databases?

2024-07-24T20:43:11.4566667+00:00 Yes I am talking about that Module. They are supposed to be created at the time of Assessment start. However, in this instance, they did not. And was left with DB5. Essentially couldn't get any further in the module since you have to perform migrations of DB 1, 2, and 3. If there is a location for the creation scripts, then if that happens again I can run those instead of being a sitting duck.
