wbengine with 0x800423f3, looking for wbdiag.exe

I'm searching for wbdiag.exe for Windows Server 2008 R2. The published links to Skydrive (OneDrive) are dead. Is there an alternative download available? I've trouble with Windows Server Backup and the Volume Shadow Services (VSS). Often it terminate with error code 0x800423f3. Many writers are in a timeout state.

    Hi,

    If the hostfix is not available for Server 2008R2 and restart not works, I would suggest you open a case with MS for deep troubleshooting.
