How to access participants media devices

Question

We are trying to build a custom app for microsoft teams meetings.
The goal is to check participant liveness. For example if the participant video is live or they are using some third party services to trick the host.

1. We need access to participant device to check the information related to media devices
2. Or an access to their video stream and see the details of the stream.

We want to build a react app which will handle such logic.

1.Currently there is no API available to access participant device to check the information related to media devices.

2.Using app-hosted media solution (local media) to have the bot subscribe the media stream. But so far it is not allowed to archive the media stream unless this is compliance recording bot.
