Azure MySql Database to power apps

Question

Dear Azure Expert,

1. I am new in Azure , I want to create table directly to Azure MySQL without using MySQL work bench, is it necessary? btw Im using powerapps
2. I really want to migrate all my data from SP list to Azure, is there other way?
3. Recommended database for powerapps?
