cannot remote VM, even Bastion not work. Only need to rename a program file that conflict with Windows. Please help.

Based on the error details you shared, here are some additional suggestions to help resolve the issue.
Try restarting your VM to see if it boots correctly. This might resolve the issue if it's a one-time glitch.
If restarting doesn't work, you can choose this option to access more advanced troubleshooting tools.
Try to boot Windows normally>>Access troubleshooting tools, such as System Restore, Startup Repair, and Command Prompt>>Shut down your VM.
The first and foremost step you can try is to uninstall the latest updates if Windows 10 fails to start after installing updates.
Choose Uninstall Updates>>Uninstall the update based on what was installed – a feature update or a quality update. Usually, the latter is responsible.
If uninstalling did not help and is unrelated, the next step is to try using a Disk Check.
Navigate to Command Prompt in the list of troubleshooting>>Get the Current Windows Installation drive letter, Type BCDEDIT, and Press Enter.
Enter the command given below: chkdsk X: /f /r (Replace X with the Current Windows Install Letter)
See the output and restart the PC to check.

From the screenshot provided, it looks like the VM's Operating system got corrupted. Have you attempted recovery options.
