Bitlocker recovery key

Hi I have a laptop which I can't reset it's harddrive because it has Bitlocker enabled. When I search for bitlocker key using recovery key ID, I don't get any result. I am stuck.

    If your BitLocker is linked to your Microsoft account, try logging in at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

    If the laptop is managed by an organization, the recovery key might be stored in Azure Active Directory.

    Check Other Storage Locations-like, USB Drive etc.

    As a last resort, professional data recovery services might be able to help, though this can be expensive.
