When I am trying to create a student account using my school email address, an error appears. And when signing in, it shows 'You do not have access.' EMAIL:sanashamim891@gmail.com

You need to provide a phone number and your academic organization’s email address (for example, your_name@your_school.edu) to sign up for an Azure for Students subscription. Are you sure you're using your education's organization's email address? Please refer to the Microsoft for Students FAQ over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-students-faq/ If you're eligible, then I suggest you create a support request over here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/ . The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue. I tried using the link you provided (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/) to get support earlier. First, I clicked on "create a request" at the top, then on the side under "describe your issue" I wrote 'student account issue'. After that, four options appeared. I clicked on "subscription management" and then "unable to sign in". The interface that appeared is included in my screenshot.The first screenshot shows the lower part of the interface, and the second screenshot shows the upper part.What should I do next to describe my issue?
