Issue loging in to admin account

Question

I've been trying to get into my admin account (.onmicrosoft) without any success. I've restored my phone due to storage issues and have since been having issues with MFA. Trying to log back into my account I do get a notification on my phone but upon pressing it I get the message attached below,

I've tried going through the account recovery process through the recovery email I have linked to my account and managed to change my password but upon trying to login again it asks for the authenticator. It seems like an endless loop.

I've tried messaging support through Twitter but had no luck.

Calling the number provided for Cyprus leads to an automated message redirecting me to the admin portal for which I have to login to use, therefore that's no use either.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
